Immigration Processing Specialist

About the role

The Immigration Processing Specialist will manage the complete lifecycle of client applications for residency, citizenship and investment‑migration programmes. Working within a globally‑focused consultancy, you will ensure that every file meets regulatory standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end processing of client files for residency, citizenship and investment‑migration programmes.
• Review client documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with specific programme requirements.
• Maintain and update document check‑lists and templates with client information.
• Communicate with assessing authorities to verify and submit required documentation.
• Update CRM entries and maintain accurate records throughout each case.
• Provide timely follow‑up with clients via email or phone to address queries and gather missing information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in immigration, legal or consultancy environments.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Based in Egypt, preferably New Cairo.
