IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our technical team. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining server operating systems while providing high‑quality support to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server, Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide technical assistance for complex problems, including complaint handling and mission‑critical support.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clear, actionable guidance.
• Apply networking concepts to troubleshoot connectivity and server issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a System Administrator; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
