IT Support Engineer – Shared Service Center

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Shared Service Center. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, networks, and office equipment to ensure efficient IT operations and uninterrupted business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops) and related software.
• Manage office equipment such as copiers, printers and scanners on‑site and at customer locations.
• Administer Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems and Office 365 clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user OS and workplace issues locally and via remote access tools.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot local networks.
• Work with the ITSM solution and follow IT change management procedures.
• Evaluate IT processes, identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Stay current with IT advancements to automate and improve deployed solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and update of IT process regulations and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Proven experience with hardware installation, network configuration and office equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 administration.
• Excellent English communication skills.
