Junior Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager at Oliver, you will join a client‑focused team that delivers digital and traditional marketing assets for global brands. Based in Dubai, you will act as the bridge between clients and our production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. You will represent the client’s voice within the team and advocate for the team’s capabilities with the client.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of assets across retail, in‑store advertising, digital, social, OOH, DOOH and press.
• Assist the Account Management team in planning, scheduling and resource booking.
• Identify and flag potential issues early, escalating to senior account managers when needed.
• Brief creative teams, conduct quality checks and coordinate client feedback.
• Maintain project timelines and produce regular status reports.

Required profile

• Interest or background in advertising campaign production.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Willingness to attend occasional on‑site meetings in Dubai.
