Local Delivery Manager (LDM) – Telecom Project Lead

About the role

The Local Delivery Manager (LDM) will lead end‑to‑end delivery of telecommunications services for Tech Mahindra in Egypt. Reporting to senior management, the LDM ensures projects are executed on time, meet quality standards and satisfy customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of network service delivery, from provisioning to first‑time installation.
• Maintain accurate data in provisioning databases and monitor service quality metrics.
• Drive customer satisfaction by meeting CSAT/NPS targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as database accuracy and installation quality.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in telecommunications or project coordination.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP and SAFe Agile certifications are desirable.
• Fluent English with strong organizational and customer‑facing abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of SD‑WAN, MPLS, DSL, VPN and leased lines.
• Experience with telecom hardware including routers and modems.
