Marketing Manager – Sensodyne (MEA)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Sensodyne brand portfolio across the MEA region. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of brand plans, driving topline growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of topline growth and full‑year brand plans for Sensodyne and its extensions.
• Lead integrated marketing activities including communication development, media planning, on‑ground and digital activations, and influencer programmes.
• Conduct market and competition analysis to refine brand strategy and enhance relevance.
• Manage market mapping, segmentation, and communication strategy development.
• Develop annual activation calendars and manage the brand P&L.
• Coordinate budget, collaborate with sales, finance, agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG or consumer health.
• Proven track record of building and executing full‑year brand plans.
• Experience in consumer communications, product launches, digital and influencer marketing.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
