NEBOSH Process Safety Manager Tutor - Freelance

About the role

Charisma Workforce Development (CWD) is seeking an experienced freelance trainer to deliver the NEBOSH Process Safety Management (PSM) course to learners in Egypt. The role is fully remote and focuses on bridging theory with real‑world safety practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the NEBOSH PSM curriculum using online training platforms.
• Provide continuous support to learners and prepare them for the final exam.
• Apply an “applied training” approach that connects classroom concepts to workplace scenarios.
• Maintain high standards of delivery in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Valid NEBOSH Process Safety Management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in high‑risk sectors such as oil & gas, mining or petrochemicals.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience delivering training remotely and using e‑learning tools.
• Based in Egypt and able to work 100% remotely.
• Preference for candidates who already hold NEBOSH Approved Tutor status.
