About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations and Virtual Events Coordinator to support a critical training project. The role blends offline event logistics with online platform management, ensuring participants enjoy a seamless learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training events both offline and online, handling logistics and participant experience.
• Provide real‑time technical support during virtual sessions (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx) and resolve issues promptly.
• Write detailed post‑event reports covering attendance, feedback, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to align schedules, content delivery, and project milestones.
• Manage registration processes and participant communications.
• Monitor event budgets and assist with resource allocation.
• Support setup and testing of virtual event platforms and tools.
• Assist in developing training materials and agendas as needed.
• Track key performance indicators related to training effectiveness and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating training programs or events, preferably in a large training or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset.
