About the role
The People & Culture Officer (HR Generalist) will lead day‑to‑day HR activities at San3a Tech, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. You will partner with managers and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR contact, handling payroll, benefits, leave management and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding processes.
- Provide employee‑relations support, resolve conflicts, and implement performance‑management systems.
- Design and run culture‑building initiatives, team‑building events and recognition programs.
- Identify training needs, develop learning programs and support leadership development.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic HR planning and change‑management projects, monitoring HR metrics and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus on strategic people management and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
