About the role
We are looking for a Performance Account Manager to join Makaseb, an e‑commerce and digital marketing specialist serving Gulf markets. The role will act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their digital projects from onboarding through delivery and ensuring targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand store dimensions, set goals, and agree on budgets.
- Create and manage client accounts on Notion and set up WhatsApp groups for communication.
- Supervise all project processes, ensuring data, reports, and access permissions are maintained.
- Develop and share project plans on Notion, assign tasks to team members, and monitor timely execution.
- Track digital performance against agreed goals, send weekly updates via WhatsApp and monthly comprehensive reports.
- Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and address client inquiries through regular meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years experience as an Account Manager or Executive in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience with KSA clients preferred.
- Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Notion (account management CRM).
- HubSpot (CRM).
