Product Analyst – SPEED (Supply Chain)

About the role

The Product Analyst – SPEED will join Coca-Cola Hellenic’s Digital & Technology Platform Services team to drive data‑informed product decisions, especially within the supply‑chain domain. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and testers to deliver valuable software iterations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive dynamics that influence product strategy.
• Gather and analyse data from customer feedback, usage statistics and other sources to uncover user behaviour and product improvement opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to product teams and senior management.
• Partner with product managers to define and monitor KPIs that measure product success.
• Work with design and development teams to embed analytical insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between development work and business goals.
• Facilitate user testing sessions, translate feedback into refined features and prioritise development tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain, preferably in demand or planning functions.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain planning processes and related technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories or feature specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward stakeholder collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and data integrity.
