Product Manager - Oncology

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Manager specialized in Oncology to lead product strategy and lifecycle management for its oncology portfolio in Egypt. The role will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales and business development to ensure successful product launches and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive and accessible product information system.
• Organize training schedules for the sales team on the product portfolio.
• Identify market segments, competitive positioning, development trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report product and sales performance, recommending adjustments.
• Coordinate planning, logistics and product development for cost‑effective marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Plan new product introductions and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business growth and strategy.
• Perform product evaluations and provide recommendations based on financials, risks and technology trends.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain a robust product pipeline.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify new products and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance, manage risks and forecast sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), public health (MPH) or a related field is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 1 year in product portfolio management and marketing.
• Proven experience in Oncology with a solid understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics and regulatory environment.
