Project Manager – Energy & Construction

About the role

Korra Energi, a leading Egyptian provider of energy efficiency and construction services, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex projects. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project execution activities, aligning with objectives and contractual requirements.
• Prepare, oversee, and continuously monitor project schedules in coordination with the Planning Team.
• Manage scope, time, cost, quality, procurement, risks, stakeholders, communication, and resources.
• Allocate and manage manpower, equipment, materials, and budgets.
• Develop and implement effective execution strategies and best practices.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, PMO, and Supply Chain teams for consistent processes and timely procurement.
• Review progress reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision‑making.
• Manage changes, variations, claims, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure HSE, quality, and company procedures are followed on all sites.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with design, technical office, procurement, and construction teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in project execution and management within construction.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual compliance, procurement, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
