Public Relations & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Public Relations & Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of the property’s marketing plan, manage e‑commerce channels, and build strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. This full‑time, onsite position is based in New Cairo, Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites, coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings, and produce brochures and collateral materials.
• Collaborate with rooms, food & beverage, spa and golf teams to align promotions across all property services.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists and campaign tracking data to provide actionable marketing recommendations.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI for online, direct‑mail and print initiatives, and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on key internet travel sites and work closely with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, **or** an associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
