Purchasing Support Specialist (Fluent English)

About the role

The Purchasing Support Specialist assists the purchasing team by handling purchase order coding, invoice entry, material and tax audits, and supplier communications. The role ensures that purchasing records are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Audit material costs and invoices to identify pricing inconsistencies and tax errors.
• Support tax audit processes, gather documentation for vendor tax corrections, and maintain audit records.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding scheduled deliveries, performance feedback, and service issues.
• Maintain purchasing logs, trackers, and organized documentation for invoices, tax reviews, and job‑related purchases.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for purchasing procedures, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Enter and code purchase orders, vendor invoices, credits, and sales receipts accurately in company systems.
• Provide backup data‑entry support for purchasing functions as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in data entry and auditing.
