Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. In this position you will engage with clients, showcase premium properties, negotiate sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust client database and generate daily leads.
• Contact, nurture and track potential customers throughout the sales process.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Stay up-to-date with project details, availability and inventory.
• Conduct client presentations, arrange site visits and provide expert property consultations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Escalate client concerns to the Sales/Assistant Manager when necessary.
• Research and suggest new sales channels to expand outreach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
