Regional Supply Planner – Taste & Wellbeing

About the role

The Regional Supply Planner will support Givaudan’s Taste & Wellbeing operations in Egypt, acting as a business partner to optimize supply planning, inventory, and network performance. Reporting to the Regional Supply Planning Manager, the role is based at the October City manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and parameterize planning data in SAP to enable optimal planning.
• Ensure inventory levels meet corporate standards.
• Optimize the supply network and support the supply planning strategy.
• Work under quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with cross‑functional areas to resolve issues.
• Analyse planning performance, improve KPIs using statistical models and best practices.
• Achieve and maintain service level targets.
• Act as escalation point for problem resolution, complaints, and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and analytical tools (e.g., SAP, BI/BO).
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills in diverse, multicultural teams.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
