About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our dining outlet in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene.
- Plan and manage staff schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and maintain budgetary targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
