About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will lead daily operations of our Cairo restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and plays a key part in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets brand standards and guest expectations.
- Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and promote customer satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and achieve business targets.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory abilities with experience in team management and performance evaluation.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Leadership and problem‑solving capabilities in high‑pressure environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role is preferred.
