About the role
This position is ideal for a professional with B2B customer success experience who wants to transition into account management within the logistics sector. You will work closely with the Commercial team to ensure our e‑commerce partners are set up for success and help expand and retain key client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end Return to Origin (RTO) workflow, coordinating with couriers and last‑mile partners to ensure timely processing.
- Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, including claims, documentation, and negotiations with suppliers.
- Produce regular reports on RTO/RTV volumes, root causes, financial impact, and present performance metrics to senior management.
- Lead and develop the reverse logistics team, collaborating with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance on returns‑related issues.
- Drive process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce losses.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or reverse‑logistics operations.
- Prior experience managing RTO and RTV processes.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
