Salesforce Consultant (5+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of hands‑on experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality applications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary system administrator for multiple Salesforce environments.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations.
• Build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance UI using Lightning frameworks.
• Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for performance.
• Configure objects, fields, validation rules, flows, record types, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex).
• Manage deployments with SFDX and Git‑based workflows.
• Design dashboards, reports, and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, ensure data consistency, and maintain security and performance.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
