Senior Cloud Consultant – Red Hat Cloud Products

About the role

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant to join its Consulting team in Egypt. You will design and develop cloud‑ready infrastructure and application architectures, focusing on Red Hat OpenShift, DevOps, and Application Migration & Modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on‑site, addressing technical, development, and strategic IT requirements.
• Implement and integrate Red Hat OpenShift, DevOps pipelines, and migration solutions.
• Collaborate with project and customer teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Produce project documentation, diagrams, and support case management.
• Mentor customers and internal teams, sharing best practices.
• Promote automation and DevOps processes to improve cloud lifecycle, uptime, and time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Advanced experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proven background in DevOps and application onboarding.
• Experience implementing system infrastructure, data storage, networking, monitoring, and security in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations for more than 50% of the time.
