Senior ERP System Analyst (Oracle Fusion SCM & Projects)

About the role

The Oracle Fusion SCM & Projects Analyst will lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Project modules. You will work closely with business users to translate requirements into functional solutions, ensure smooth post‑go‑live operations, and drive continuous improvement across procurement, inventory, and project costing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate supply chain and project requirements from business stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Portal) and Project modules (Costing, Billing, Contracts).
• Prepare functional design documents and conduct solution walkthroughs.
• Support system testing, UAT, and resolve defects and process gaps.
• Provide daily functional support to maintain business continuity across P2P, materials‑to‑project, and project costing cycles.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, custom solutions, and reporting.
• Assist with PO processing, cost accounting, supplier onboarding, project forecasting and budgeting.
• Document configurations, workflows, and change history; deliver hypercare after go‑live.
• Train end‑users and produce process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM and Projects.
• Oracle SCM/Projects certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage post‑implementation stabilization.
