Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and evolution of scalable, AI-enabled product experiences. You will translate complex business requirements into intuitive, system-driven user interfaces while driving fast, AI-powered design execution.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex business requirements into scalable UX solutions aligned with measurable KPIs.
• Contribute to product strategy and make data-informed trade-off decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, documentation and prototyping, compressing multi-week workflows into hours.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs to maintain brand and usability standards and embed AI features into user journeys.
• Build and evolve a modular design system across platforms, managing Figma libraries, tokens, variables and governance processes.
• Conduct design system audits, ensure accessibility, responsiveness and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to maintain quality, feasibility and consistency across multiple products.
• Drive adoption of AI-enhanced workflows within the design team.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of product design experience, with a strong background in building and managing design systems.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams and managing parallel product tracks.
• Systems-thinking mindset, fast execution without sacrificing clarity, and outcome-focused ownership.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, strategic environments.

Required skills

• Advanced mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, variables, tokens).
• Strong UI expertise for mobile and responsive web applications.
• Deep understanding of scalable, component-based architecture.
• Proficiency with AI design tools (e.g., generative design assistants).
• Knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) – a plus.
