Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking (Egypt)

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead Business Banking activities in Egypt, focusing on SMEs and retail clients. You will be responsible for growing the bank's liability portfolio, delivering cash‑management solutions, and expanding trade financing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell liability products to attract low‑cost deposits across diverse customer segments.
• Offer payment and collection solutions tailored to each client’s business model.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, cold calling and other prospecting methods.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for deposits and revenue.
• Expand trade business with both borrowing and non‑borrowing clients.
• Provide comprehensive cash‑management services, including collections and payments.
• Promote online banking solutions where applicable.
• Drive new‑to‑bank acquisition to grow the Business Banking presence in target segments.
• Maintain satisfactory account conduct for both Business Banking and mid‑cap borrowing accounts, addressing issues promptly.
• Originate, structure and participate in trade and working‑capital financing transactions to meet financial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve monthly sales and deposit targets.
• Experience in promoting liability products and cash‑management solutions.
• Strong track record of acquiring and managing SME and retail banking relationships.
• Capability to manage trade financing and working‑capital transactions.
