About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo is responsible for managing stock levels, overseeing inventory processes, and ensuring accurate documentation of all stock movements. The role supports efficient supply and demand management across multiple stores and warehouses.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock levels and flag potential shortages or excesses.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Conduct routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory with operational needs.
- Maintain organized inventory records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and analyse inventory reports and stock movement data.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail environments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle inventory for multiple stores and warehouses.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to prepare and analyse inventory reports and stock movement data.
