Tax Supervisor

About the role

The Tax Supervisor will join our Cairo office to lead tax planning, compliance and preparation activities for a diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site position requires deep knowledge of Egyptian tax legislation and the ability to align local practices with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning, compliance and preparation for corporate clients.
• Review and manage the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Analyze Egyptian tax laws and advise clients on strategic tax matters.
• Coordinate tax inspections and liaise with tax authorities.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in taxation, including at least 5 years as a Joint Stock Companies Auditor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
