Workshop Engineer (Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Engineer to lead our automotive service centre in Greater Cairo. You will ensure every vehicle meets strict safety and quality standards while managing the workshop’s daily flow.

Key responsibilities

• Direct workshop workflow and allocate jobs to technicians to maximise efficiency.
• Perform Multi‑Point Inspections (MPI) and final Quality Control (QC) on every vehicle before delivery.
• Handle complex vehicle diagnostics and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation for parts requests, MPI reports and QC checklists.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of workshop tools and specialised equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in professional automotive workshops or authorised dealerships.
• Strong leadership, high attention to detail and ability to perform under peak load.

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics.
