12‑month Graduate Trainee Program

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program in Cairo is a 12‑month, permanent‑contract graduate scheme designed to develop future business leaders. Participants rotate across core functions such as Sales, Marketing, Category Development, Finance, Supply Chain and People & Performance, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to iconic food and beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a functional onboarding that provides an introduction to each business area.
• Undertake a field‑sales placement to understand products, customers and market dynamics.
• Lead an individual business project, applying problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Rotate to a second business function to broaden perspective and build cross‑functional expertise.
• Collaborate with global leaders, mentors and fellow trainees on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline) graduated on or after 2025.
• Maximum one year of professional experience after graduation.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• High‑performing, ambitious and creative mindset with a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
