Agricultural Engineer – Design & Manage Farm Systems

About the role

The Agricultural Engineer will design and plan comprehensive agricultural systems for Talaat Moustafa Group’s projects in New Cairo. The role involves creating irrigation, drainage, and crop management solutions while ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan irrigation, drainage, and crop management systems tailored to site conditions.
• Conduct site evaluations to determine optimal system layout and water requirements.
• Develop engineering specifications, detailed drawings, and cost estimates for agricultural projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and integrate sustainable land‑management practices.
• Select appropriate machinery, equipment, and renewable energy solutions for farm operations.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with farmers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, and deliver on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in agricultural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural systems, equipment, and best practices.
• Proficiency with agricultural engineering software and related tools.
