Arabic Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for Arabic‑speaking customer service agents to handle inbound calls related to visa requirements and application procedures. The role involves guiding customers through online forms, answering queries, and delivering clear, empathetic support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information on visa requirements and application steps.
• Assist customers in completing online visa application forms.
• Understand and address customer queries, complaints, and comments with empathy.
• Deliver quick and effective resolutions while maintaining a professional tone.
• Communicate in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Manage pressure situations and handle irate customers calmly.
• Work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Utilise automated information systems to analyse customer situations.

Required profile

• HSC / Graduate (freshers can apply).
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
• Good English (B2 level) and Arabic (B2 level) communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use automated information systems.
