Architectural Engineer – Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer with a strong focus on interior design and technical office responsibilities to join our team in 6th of October City. The role combines creative interior design work with detailed technical documentation and on‑site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and produce 3D visualisations using 3D Max.
• Create detailed shop drawings, execution drawings and technical documentation.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, finishing schedules and item specifications.
• Supervise site work and ensure project execution follows approved specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to guarantee compliance with standards and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and technical office management.
• Preferably residing near 6th of October City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D Max.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong site supervision and project execution abilities.
