Assistant Contracting Manager – Hotel & Tourism

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Contracting Manager with solid experience in hotel contracting and the tourism industry. The role focuses on negotiating and managing hotel contracts, expanding the portfolio, and supporting new destination development.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate rates, allotments, cancellation policies, meal plans, room types, and special offers with hotels and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels and suppliers while monitoring market rates and competitor activity.
• Manage and expand the hotel portfolio, ensuring contracts, rates, availability, and system loading are up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Sales, Reservations, Revenue, and Finance teams.
• Monitor hotel production, profitability, and room‑night performance.
• Support the development of new hotels, destinations, and tourism products.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in tourism or hotel contracting.
• Strong knowledge of the hotel and travel market, especially in the Saudi/GCC region (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, commercial and analytical abilities.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience with contracting systems or hotel extranets.
