Banking Team Leader – Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Banking Team Leader to oversee a group of banking customer service representatives at our Alexandria office. The role blends deep banking knowledge with strong leadership to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of banking customer service agents to meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor daily performance, provide feedback and conduct regular training sessions.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports and present insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
