Barista – Specialty Coffee & Tea Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team in New Cairo. You will craft specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to Martini’s high standards, delivering a consistent and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, tea and related beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment and related tools.
• Handle light food preparation and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized and stocked throughout the shift.
• Engage with guests, answer product questions and manage orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and trainers to continuously improve beverage skills.

Required profile

• Strong barista skills with experience in beverage preparation.
• Good customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards for food and drinks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
