Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor works on‑site at Al Serafy Group of Pharmacies in El Sheikh Zaid, helping customers choose skin‑care, cosmetics and beauty products. The role focuses on personalized recommendations, product demonstrations and maintaining an attractive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting skin‑care and cosmetic items based on individual needs.
• Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits.
• Maintain product displays, keep shelves stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle retail sales transactions using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Perform inventory checks and support stock replenishment.
• Stay updated on new products and beauty trends.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a clean, organized, customer‑focused area.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and retail sales abilities.
• Knowledge of basic makeup techniques and cosmetic application.
• Good understanding of skin‑care products and different skin types.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends or shifts as needed.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, beauty retail or a similar customer‑facing role is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale and inventory tasks.
• Commitment to hygiene standards and company policies.
