About the role

FlairsTech is seeking a bilingual Travel Advisor to join its team in Qesm El Maadi. Working in a hybrid setting, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel while delivering exceptional service in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client inquiries related to travel arrangements.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and bookings.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and focus on satisfaction.
• Proficiency in travel agency operations and itinerary planning.
• Advanced communication skills in both French and English.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and adaptability to hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; travel‑industry experience is a plus.
