About the role
As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist, you will manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and account reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem‑solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
