Brand Manager - Beauty

About the role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of skincare and makeup brands. You will own commercial performance, drive growth, and shape the future of the business in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of skincare and makeup brands with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive sales growth through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, and portfolio management.
• Lead marketing and trade‑marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and business performance.
• Build strong relationships with brand principals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Oversee forecasting, product replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and eCommerce teams.
• Support omnichannel growth across multiple sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Brand Management, Commercial Management, or Category Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and inventory planning.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brand principals.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
