Budgeting & Cost Control Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead budgeting, cost control and financial analysis activities across all departments. The role involves preparing the annual budget, monitoring performance, and providing insightful reports to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget for all departments and ensure data consistency.
• Monitor actual performance against approved budgets and track monthly utilization.
• Analyze budget variances and produce periodic performance reports.
• Monitor operational and overhead costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and support a structured costing system.
• Assist management with financial planning, forecasting and preparation of financial projections.
• Coordinate with accounting, operations and production teams to ensure accurate financial data and alignment with operational activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis or cost control.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting principles.
• Good understanding of costing concepts in operational environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
