About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with customers to uncover problems and business needs, gather and validate both functional and non‑functional requirements, and ensure delivered solutions meet those specifications.

Key responsibilities

Interface with customers to identify problems and business needs.
Conduct requirement elicitation, gathering, and documentation (requirements, storyboarding, user scenarios).
Perform feasibility studies, gap analysis, and validate/verify requirements.
Create and execute test scenarios, conditions, expected results, and test cases.
Generate defect reports, validate bug fixes, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or economics.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
