Business Development Executive – Coach Partnerships

About the role

SportHills is building a premium SaaS‑enabled marketplace that connects elite sports professionals, corporate wellness programs, and athletes across the MENA region. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead the acquisition of top‑tier sports coaches and academies, becoming the face of our brand in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and build a pipeline of high‑performing sports coaches across multiple disciplines.
• Pitch the SportHills platform, highlighting benefits such as streamlined administration, upfront digital payments, and time protection.
• Guide coaches through onboarding, ensuring profiles meet premium brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key figures and academies in the local sports ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnership acquisition, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of, or strong network within, the Egyptian sports and fitness sector.
• Resilient, target‑driven self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
