About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling foreign exchange (FX) products and services. This position focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored FX solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD & FX market, leveraging an established IB & CPA partners network.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide customized FX solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for FX products while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on FX market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide insightful recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Provide regular performance reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the FX or broader financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the FX market and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, working both independently and within a team.
