Business Development Specialist – IT Outsourcing & Software Services

About the role

Fekra Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to own the full sales cycle for its IT outsourcing and software services. This remote position requires you to generate leads, build relationships with decision‑makers, and close new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies that need software outsourcing, IT services, or dedicated remote engineering teams.
• Initiate outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals and other channels.
• Engage founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR leaders and other decision‑makers to understand challenges, hiring needs, technical requirements, budget and timeline.
• Present Fekra’s outsourcing models, dedicated teams and value proposition in a consultative manner.
• Prepare proposals, support pricing discussions, handle objections and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline stages and ensure consistent follow‑up until a clear outcome.
• Coordinate with internal teams to craft suitable solutions and ensure smooth handover after closing.
• Provide market feedback, client objections and competitor insights to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or full‑cycle sales.
• Proven track record selling IT services, software outsourcing, recruitment or professional services.
• Fluent English (business‑level) – additional European language is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn for outreach and client engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho and HubSpot.
