Business Performance & Analytics Specialist

About the role

The Business Performance & Analytics Specialist will monitor and improve performance across sales, logistics and commercial functions. You will design dashboards, analyse large data sets and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with department heads to define metrics, track progress and identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse large datasets to detect bottlenecks, optimise processes and develop KPIs.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, data‑driven manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, business metrics and operational performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques.
• Data visualization expertise.
