Chief Accountant – Lead Accounting Team

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Accountant to lead our accounting function at KIG Konnice in 10th of Ramadan City. The role involves supervising the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records across multiple branches, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the accounting team and ensure duties are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inter‑branch current accounts and reconcile balances.
• Review customer accounts, verify discounts, and manage supplier payment schedules.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation.
• Manage employee advances, custody accounts, and fixed‑asset registers, including depreciation calculations.
• Prepare and review the trial balance and allocate expenses and revenues to correct accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting for industrial, multi‑branch companies and preparing financial reports.
• Strong background in managing customer, supplier, and bank account reconciliations.
• Experience with fixed‑asset monitoring, depreciation schedules, and year‑end closing procedures.
• Ability to monitor inventory movements, perform cost analysis, and guide daily accounting activities.
• Demonstrated leadership in assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting deadlines.
