Cluster Director of IT

About the role

The Cluster Director of IT will provide strategic and operational technology leadership for the upcoming Mandarin Oriental resorts in Luxor and Aswan, Egypt. This senior position oversees all IT functions, ensuring robust, secure, and guest‑focused technology solutions that align with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT teams across both properties, covering day‑to‑day operations, infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, telecommunications, business applications, and technical support.
• Drive the pre‑opening technology strategy, including infrastructure deployment, system commissioning, testing, and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, business continuity, and secure guest‑facing technology experiences.
• Align IT initiatives with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group standards and strategic technology goals.
