CSR & Sustainability Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CSR & Sustainability Manager to lead our ESG and corporate social responsibility initiatives. You will drive sustainability performance across the business and embed responsible practices into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously improve sustainability initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Develop and coordinate the annual Sustainability Report, ensuring accurate and transparent disclosure.
• Collect, validate, and analyse Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse‑gas emissions and related social performance indicators.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to create policies, waste‑management, and resource‑efficiency programs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for sustainability initiatives.
• Manage ESG data submissions to reporting platforms, ensuring compliance with standards such as GRI, UN SDGs, and LEED.
• Oversee SODIC’s CSR strategy, community initiatives, partnerships, and impact measurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Architecture, Renewable & Sustainable Energy) or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or CSR, preferably within real estate.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
