Customer Service & Recruitment Associate (Arabic & English)

About the role

As a Customer Service & Recruitment Associate you will be the first point of contact for corporate clients and employers partnering with Capital Placement. You will support them throughout the full lifecycle of talent programmes, combining client‑facing duties with recruitment coordination and programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email and chat in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend appropriate programme structures.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment and talent programmes across the region.
• Handle a high volume of client accounts, ensuring accurate tracking of each stage.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using Rena, the in‑house AI interviewer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution and completion of programmes.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems, trackers and databases.
• Analyse client and programme data, surface insights and share recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve client experience and streamline internal workflows.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with no concurrent studies or freelance commitments.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong communicator with a client‑first mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programmes.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of outcomes.
• Curious about AI and automation.
• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, client success or programme coordination is a plus.
