About the role
The Customer Service Representative will handle English-language inquiries, providing support to our clients in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Graduate or dropout (no gap years)
- Valid military service certificate
- Ability to submit all required documents within 30 days
- Criminal record clearance within 5 days
